Fat: 342.88g | Prot: 96.28g | Carb: 56.84g.   Breakfast:  cooked egg yolks, cheddar, almonds, coffee, olive oil, flaxseed oil, mascarpone, yogurt drink, heavy whipping cream, vespa, bone broth, cooked egg white. Lunch:  coffee, heavy whipping cream, asparagus, cooked egg yolks, cooked egg white, spinach, creme fraiche, mascarpone. Dinner:  bone in rib eye steak, greek yogurt, spinach, macadamia nuts, mascarpone, bone broth, cod liver oil.
