Fat: 60.47g | Prot: 120.51g | Carb: 290.44g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Cream (Half & Half), Oats Cereal (Instant, Prepared with Water, Fortified), Raisins, Total 0% Greek Yogurt with Strawberry. Lunch:  broccoli, brown rice, carrot, cashews, chicken breast, cooking sherry, corn starch, green onion, peanut oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sugar. Dinner:  BBQ Chicken Pizza, coconut macaroon, whoopie pie.
