Fat: 60.47g | Prot: 120.51g | Carb: 290.44g.   Breakfast:  Total 0% Greek Yogurt with Strawberry, Oats Cereal (Instant, Prepared with Water, Fortified), Bananas, Raisins, Cream (Half & Half). Lunch:  chicken breast, soy sauce, cashews, sesame seeds, brown rice, green onion, peanut oil, broccoli, carrot, sugar, cooking sherry, corn starch. Dinner:  BBQ Chicken Pizza, whoopie pie, coconut macaroon.
