Fat: 63.22g | Prot: 114.40g | Carb: 186.58g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Egg, Flour Tortillas (Fajita Size), Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Gumbo with Rice (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra, Rice). Dinner:  Beef or Meat Gravy, Roast Beef, Stuffed Green Olives, Toasted Pumpernickel Bread. Snacks/Other:  Navels Oranges, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt.
