Fat: 60.47g | Prot: 68.04g | Carb: 243.91g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, coffee, peanut butter, soy milk unsweeten, whole wheat bread. Lunch:  black olive, broccoli, california roll, cucumber, lettuce, olive oil, tuna salad, Vegetable stir fry. Dinner:  bell pepper, chicken fried rice. Snacks/Other:  chocolate chip cookie reduced fat, Dare grain first lemon cracker, ice cream, Pepperidge farm goldfish.
