Fat: 60.47g | Prot: 68.04g | Carb: 243.91g.   Breakfast:  whole wheat bread, peanut butter, Bananas, coffee, soy milk unsweeten. Lunch:  black olive, lettuce, Vegetable stir fry, cucumber, california roll, tuna salad, broccoli, olive oil. Dinner:  chicken fried rice, bell pepper. Snacks/Other:  chocolate chip cookie reduced fat, ice cream, Pepperidge farm goldfish, Dare grain first lemon cracker.
