Fat: 91.57g | Prot: 159.40g | Carb: 342.19g.   Breakfast:  panela, gu, sweet and low, energy chomp, thin bread, strawberries, blueberries, butter, 2% milk, sugar free drink, egg, turkey dog, blackberries, fig, coffee. Lunch:  mustard dressing light, brocolli, cucumber, tomatoe, baked salmon, zucchini, provolone , breton crackers, breton crackers, milk low fat. Dinner:  tofu, turkey ham, toast, low fat milk, butter, svelty, pretzels. Snacks/Other:  lyncott cottage chese, salami, svelty, sugar free jello, rice chips, diet coke, pistachios, figs, rice cake, ginger cookies.
