Lunch:  96% Fat Free Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Tortillas (Mission Foods), Fancy Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded, Traditional Refried Beans. Dinner:  Crinkle Cut French Fries, Gyro Sandwich (Pita Bread, Beef, Lamb, Onion, Condiments with Tomato and Spread).
