Dentist trip went well. Just a drill and fill! At least I didn't hear root canal and crown! Hopefully avoided those! Going to keep an eye on it though ...

Fat: 13.62g | Prot: 24.97g | Carb: 133.02g.   Breakfast:  flaxseed, great value blueberry yogurt. Lunch:  creamy tomato campbells. Dinner:  35 calorie bread, country crock margarine, fat free cheese singles. Snacks/Other:  celery, Fiber One brownie, pitted prunes Great Value.
