Fat: 72.48g | Prot: 87.95g | Carb: 178.82g.   Breakfast:  Muesli (Gedroogd Fruit en Noten), Yoghurt (Mager). Lunch:  Cracotte Vital, Goudse Kaas, Runderbouillon. Dinner:  Ambachtelijk Meergranen Stokbrood, Carpaccio, Champignon Ragout, Gedroogde Pijnboompitten, Goudse Kaas, Olijfolie, Parmezaanse Kaas (Geraspt), Witte Tafelwijn. Snacks/Other:  Cappuccino, Fruit 2 Day, Groene Thee, Volkoren Ontbijtkoek, Witte Tafelwijn.
