Fat: 72.48g | Prot: 87.95g | Carb: 178.82g.   Breakfast:  Muesli (Gedroogd Fruit en Noten), Yoghurt (Mager). Lunch:  Goudse Kaas, Cracotte Vital, Runderbouillon. Dinner:  Champignon Ragout, Goudse Kaas, Carpaccio, Parmezaanse Kaas (Geraspt), Olijfolie, Ambachtelijk Meergranen Stokbrood, Witte Tafelwijn, Gedroogde Pijnboompitten. Snacks/Other:  Fruit 2 Day, Volkoren Ontbijtkoek, Groene Thee, Witte Tafelwijn, Cappuccino.
