Fat: 30.55g | Prot: 120.23g | Carb: 172.18g.   Breakfast:  Fiber One chocolate peanut butter brownie , Oikos 0% fat fruit on the bottom Dannon. Lunch:  banana. Dinner:  cottage cheese 1%, green beans, hershey kiss, ketchup simply heinz, lean ground beef, onion. Snacks/Other:  M&Ms snack pack, salt.
