Lunch:  Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat) , Regular Coffee, White Rice, Salmon Sashimi, Miso Soup, Beansprouts. Dinner:  Budweiser Beer, Tonic Water , Gin (90 Proof) , Budweiser Beer.
