Fat: 36.78g | Prot: 51.45g | Carb: 113.41g.   Breakfast:  luna lemon zest, horizon chocolate, french vanilla creamer. Lunch:  spinach, honey lime marinade, fish, Garlic, onion, cucumber. Dinner:  Rice Cakes - Lightly Salted, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Chili. Snacks/Other:  Appletini.
