Fat: 51.97g | Prot: 88.84g | Carb: 134.50g.   Breakfast:  feta cheese, eggland's best large egg, kroger jalapeno diced peppers, kale. Lunch:  Chicken with cannellini beans, wheat germ, water, cayenne pepper, Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed, berry green. Dinner:  salmon patty, broccoli, grape tomatoes, portabella mushrooms, seed crackers. Snacks/Other:  Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, kirkland seasalt potato chips, tea, water.
