Fat: 51.97g | Prot: 88.84g | Carb: 134.50g.   Breakfast:  eggland's best large egg, feta cheese, kale, kroger jalapeno diced peppers. Lunch:  berry green, cayenne pepper, Chicken with cannellini beans, Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed, water, wheat germ. Dinner:  broccoli, grape tomatoes, portabella mushrooms, salmon patty, seed crackers. Snacks/Other:  kirkland seasalt potato chips, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, tea, water.
