Fat: 66.67g | Prot: 64.56g | Carb: 251.07g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, Instant Oatmeal, Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon. Lunch:  Chicken Enchilada with Salsa, Rice, Vegetable and Dessert (Diet Frozen Meal). Dinner:  Fried Rice with Ham (Side). Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Chocolate Covered Raisins, KC Masterpiece BBQ Flavored Potato Chips.
