Breakfast: Croissant, Hash Brown (from Frozen), Sausage Patty. Lunch: Blue Diamond whole natural almonds, Instant Oatmeal - Lower Sugar Apples & Cinnamon, Sunmaid Fruit Bits. Dinner: Rice, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), romaine lettuce. Snacks/Other: coffee, Crackerfuls - Four Cheese, NutriSystem Cranberry Orange Pastry, V8 Original, Water.
