Fat: 37.40g | Prot: 42.22g | Carb: 116.55g.   Breakfast:  Croissant, Sausage Patty, Hash Brown (from Frozen). Lunch:  Instant Oatmeal - Lower Sugar Apples & Cinnamon, Sunmaid Fruit Bits, Blue Diamond whole natural almonds. Dinner:  Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Rice, romaine lettuce. Snacks/Other:  coffee, Crackerfuls - Four Cheese, V8 Original, NutriSystem Cranberry Orange Pastry, Water.
