Fat: 60.87g | Prot: 99.70g | Carb: 149.51g.   Breakfast:  cantaloupe, cliff bar . Lunch:  Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), kraft american sliced cheese, mixed greens salad. Dinner:  balsamic vinegar, bibigo mini wontons, Chicken, kirkland stir fry veggie blend. Snacks/Other:  kettle corn, emerald cocoa roast almonds, fit meal replacement.
