Fat: 333.25g | Prot: 111.23g | Carb: 71.68g.   Breakfast:  coffee, heavy whipping cream, vespa, greek yogurt, olive oil, flaxseed oil, yogurt drink, bone broth, cooked egg white, cooked egg yolks, spinach, cheddar, cod liver oil, asparagus, almonds, mascarpone. Lunch:  coffee, heavy whipping cream, greek yogurt, mascarpone, asparagus. Dinner:  bone in rib eye steak, cooked egg yolks, cooked egg whites, cheddar cheese, sprouted pumpkin seeds, creme fraiche.
