Fat: 333.25g | Prot: 111.23g | Carb: 71.68g.   Breakfast:  almonds, asparagus, bone broth, cheddar, cod liver oil, coffee, cooked egg white, cooked egg yolks, flaxseed oil, greek yogurt, heavy whipping cream, mascarpone, olive oil, spinach, vespa, yogurt drink. Lunch:  asparagus, coffee, greek yogurt, heavy whipping cream, mascarpone. Dinner:  bone in rib eye steak, cheddar cheese, cooked egg whites, cooked egg yolks, creme fraiche, sprouted pumpkin seeds.
