Fat: 55.20g | Prot: 37.23g | Carb: 197.06g.   Breakfast:  Coke Zero (Can), danimals banana smoothie, Special K Cereal Bars - Vanilla Crisp. Lunch:  banana, Cheese Snack Bars - Pepper Jack, fudge stripe 100 calorie, goldfish vanilla cupcake grahams. Dinner:  Chargrilled Chicken Cool Wrap, Chick-fil-A Sauce. Snacks/Other:  1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, All Dark, Club Crackers Minis, Quick Bread Mix - Cranberry Orange.
