Fat: 55.85g | Prot: 82.23g | Carb: 196.65g.   Breakfast:  Organic Half & Half, Bananas, Builder's Bar - Chocolate Mint. Lunch:  Summer Roll, Sambazon, California Avocados. Dinner:  multigrain crackers, Corned Beef Top Round, Hummus, Black Wax Cheddar Cheese, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Luna Bar - White Chocolate Macadamia (Luna). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Natural Peanut Butter, Warrior Whey, Blueberries, Dried Prunes (Sulfured, Uncooked), Organic Raw Honey.
