Fat: 62.34g | Prot: 123.97g | Carb: 142.81g.   Breakfast:  coffee, non fat kroger creamer, Honey Roasted Almonds. Lunch:  cucumber, roasted chicken breast, spinach, Frozen Blackberries, wild blueberries, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt. Dinner:  pot roast, Cooked or Sauteed Mature Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), avocado, russet potato . Snacks/Other:  spn, Chocolate Almond Milk.
