Fat: 63.31g | Prot: 103.77g | Carb: 118.01g.   Breakfast:  Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Green Tea, Multigrain Oatmeal, Nonfat Black Cherry Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Seafood Salad. Dinner:  Chicken Picatta, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Pinot Noir Wine. Snacks/Other:  Black Lager.
