Fat: 82.35g | Prot: 65.39g | Carb: 166.02g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Organic Turbinado Raw Cane Sugar, Cream (Half & Half) , Lowfat Pineapple Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Greek Salad. Dinner:  Chicken Vegetable Soup (with Equal Volume Water, Canned), Saltine Crackers. Snacks/Other:  adora, Sour Punch Straws, Cadbury Chocolate Almond Ice Cream Bar, Pistachio Nuts, English Breakfast Tea, Cream (Half & Half) , Honey.
