Fat: 114.03g | Prot: 129.52g | Carb: 194.15g.   Breakfast:  atkins , banana, Chia Seed, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Endulge Caramel Nut Chew Bar (Atkins), Natural Choice Cooked Deli Ham, planters dry roasted peanuts, Sandwich Thins - Honey Wheat. Dinner:  chicken, Fresh Cut Whole Kernel Corn, Kidney Beans, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Organic Diced Tomatoes, Ranch Dressing, Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Sargento), sweet potato. Snacks/Other:  Carb Master Vanilla Yogurt, Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (Package), Cool Whip Lite, Diet Coke (Can), Natural Granola - Oats, Honey & Raisins, planters dry roasted peanuts, Rum.
