Fat: 90.94g | Prot: 108.26g | Carb: 268.19g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, archer farms fat free yogurt, Post Raisin Bran. Lunch:  Archer farms simply balanced real fruit strips, Homemade Tuna Sandwich. Dinner:  Penne with Pesto, Chicken, Artichoke Hearts, Black Olives, and Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  apple, broccoli, carrots, diet coke, green tea, hidden valley ranch, market pantry salsa, sprouts trail mix, tortilla chips.
