Fat: 44.18g | Prot: 73.93g | Carb: 214.32g.   Breakfast:  Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 Strawberry, Bran Cereal, Cheerios, Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts. Lunch:  Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts. Dinner:  Balsamic Vinegar, Beef Top Loin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Blueberries, Broccoli Slaw, Cauliflower, Fat Free Sour Cream, Jalapeno Peppers, Mushrooms, Spinach, Sweet Red Peppers, Tomatoes, Wheat Bran, Yellow Summer Squash. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate (Snack Size), Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets.
