Fat: 57.51g | Prot: 89.17g | Carb: 162.49g.   Breakfast:  MuscleTech 100% Premium Whey Protein Plus - Chocolate. Lunch:  Classic Potato Chips (28.3g), Roast Beef Sandwich on White (Small). Dinner:  Green Peas, Mushrooms , Penne Rigate Pasta, Pesto Sauce, Veggie Buffalo Wings. Snacks/Other:  Carrots , Celery , Creamy Peanut Butter.
