Fat: 84.78g | Prot: 138.50g | Carb: 189.18g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Egg, Ketchup, Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Peanut Butter, Premium Hot Cocoa Double Chocolate, Smoked Salmon, Toasted Wheat English Muffins. Lunch:  Avocados, Egg, Fuji Apples, Ketchup, Mushrooms, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast & White Turkey, Plain Honey Yogurt, Smoked Salmon, Strawberries, Sweet Hot Mustard. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Chicken Stock, Fuji Apples, Peanut Sauce, Smoked Salmon, Spinach, Sweet Red Peppers. Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Cappuccino, Half & Half French Vanilla, Oranges, Pears, Plain Honey Yogurt, Strawberries, Sugar.
