Fat: 84.78g | Prot: 138.50g | Carb: 189.18g.   Breakfast:  Toasted Wheat English Muffins, Peanut Butter, Egg, Smoked Salmon, Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Ketchup, 2% Fat Milk, Premium Hot Cocoa Double Chocolate. Lunch:  Fuji Apples, Plain Honey Yogurt, Strawberries, Egg, Mushrooms, Smoked Salmon, Ketchup, Avocados, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast & White Turkey, Sweet Hot Mustard. Dinner:  Spinach, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Peanut Sauce, Smoked Salmon, Fuji Apples, Sweet Red Peppers, Chicken Stock. Snacks/Other:  Cappuccino, 2% Fat Milk, Sugar, Half & Half French Vanilla, Strawberries, Plain Honey Yogurt, Pears, Oranges.
