Fat: 29.04g | Prot: 99.57g | Carb: 235.94g.   Breakfast:  Red Grapes, Mini Breaks. Lunch:  Baby Beetroot, Lettuce, Cottage Cheese, Turkey Breast Chunks, Tomatoes, Sea Salt and Malt Vinegar, Special K Chewy Delight Milk Chocolate. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mushrooms, Cooked or Sauteed Mature Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Yellow Sweet Peppers, Chinese Style Stir Fry Sauce, White Rice (Long-Grain), Double Chocolate Brownies. Snacks/Other:  Nectarines, Caramel Rice Cakes, Strawberries, Salt & Vinegar (22g).
