Fat: 94.17g | Prot: 78.57g | Carb: 316.94g.   Breakfast:  Safslim, Reduced Fat White Cheddar Popcorn (Package), Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Gala Apples, Fat Free Hummus. Lunch:  Blackberries, Thin Crust Cheese Pizza with Vegetables, Reduced Fat White Cheddar Popcorn (Package), Mushroom Pizza. Dinner:  Natural Creamy Peanut Butter with Honey, Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Cooked Kale (from Fresh), Safslim, Falafel Chips - Spicy, Potato & 5 Cheese Blend Pierogies, Red Grapefruit in Juice. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added) , Nonfat Frozen Yogurt, Reduced Fat White Cheddar Popcorn (Package), Grapefruit Juice.
