Fat: 94.17g | Prot: 78.57g | Carb: 316.94g.   Breakfast:  Fat Free Hummus, Gala Apples, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Reduced Fat White Cheddar Popcorn (Package), Safslim. Lunch:  Blackberries, Mushroom Pizza, Reduced Fat White Cheddar Popcorn (Package), Thin Crust Cheese Pizza with Vegetables. Dinner:  Cooked Kale (from Fresh), Falafel Chips - Spicy, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter with Honey, Potato & 5 Cheese Blend Pierogies, Red Grapefruit in Juice, Safslim, Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added) , Grapefruit Juice, Nonfat Frozen Yogurt, Reduced Fat White Cheddar Popcorn (Package).
