Fat: 47.97g | Prot: 79.34g | Carb: 348.18g.   Breakfast:  Baking Powder Biscuits, butter, egg, Skim Chocolate Milk, Tillamook pepper jack cheese. Lunch:  blackberries, chobani non fat pomegranate yogurt, Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread, Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can). Dinner:  meatballs, pears, Spaghetti, Tomato Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookie, Skim Chocolate Milk.
