Fat: 51.91g | Prot: 87.38g | Carb: 93.99g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Egg. Dinner:  Swiss Cheese, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned), Whole Wheat Pita Bread. Snacks/Other:  Coleslaw, Spicy Chicken Soft Taco.
