Fat: 44.91g | Prot: 66.71g | Carb: 179.43g.   Breakfast:  Honey, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Sugar Frosted Flakes. Lunch:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Green Beans, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Green Peas (Frozen), Ground Buffalo, Honey, Italian Sausage, Mashed Potato (from Fresh), Red Sweet Pepper, Sangria. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dulce de Leche Caramel Coffee Creamer, Organic Gala Apples, Pie Crust.
