Fat: 45.32g | Prot: 118.41g | Carb: 100.29g.   Breakfast:  whole milk, feta cheese, eggland's best large egg, kroger jalapeno diced peppers, low fat cottage cheese. Lunch:  dole pineapple chunks, low fat cottage cheese. Dinner:  Chicken with cannellini beans. Snacks/Other:  red wine, coffee, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, brazil nuts.
