Fat: 53.14g | Prot: 127.87g | Carb: 80.89g.   Breakfast:  light english muffin, egg white, smoked salmon, turkey sausages. Lunch:  Light & Fit Yogurt - Strawberry, almonds. Dinner:  large salad, sweet potatos, salmon. Snacks/Other:  light english muffin, peanut butter.
