Fat: 27.13g | Prot: 111.32g | Carb: 103.89g.   Breakfast:  Multi Grain Cheerios, Milk (Nonfat) , Chocolate Drink Mix. Lunch:  Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Spinach , Strawberries , Blueberries , Baked Potato (Peel Eaten). Dinner:  Angus Beef Fajitas, Gouda Cheese , Broccoli.
