Fat: 334.15g | Prot: 109.83g | Carb: 108.43g.   Breakfast:  coffee, heavy whipping cream, vespa, greek yogurt, cod liver oil, flax seed oil, coconut water, yogurt drink, macadamia nuts, cooked egg white, cooked egg yolks, cheddar, avacado, glutamine powder, creme fraiche, bone broth, asparagus, broccoli, olive oil, european butter. Lunch:  coffee, heavy whipping cream, greek yogurt, mascarpone, spinach. Dinner:  bone in rib eye steak, broccoli, asparagus, bone broth, sprouted pumpkin seeds, almonds, creme fraiche.
