Fat: 334.15g | Prot: 109.83g | Carb: 108.43g.   Breakfast:  asparagus, avacado, bone broth, broccoli, cheddar, coconut water, cod liver oil, coffee, cooked egg white, cooked egg yolks, creme fraiche, european butter, flax seed oil, glutamine powder, greek yogurt, heavy whipping cream, macadamia nuts, olive oil, vespa, yogurt drink. Lunch:  coffee, greek yogurt, heavy whipping cream, mascarpone, spinach. Dinner:  almonds, asparagus, bone broth, bone in rib eye steak, broccoli, creme fraiche, sprouted pumpkin seeds.
