Fat: 35.98g | Prot: 107.80g | Carb: 222.36g.   Breakfast:  chicken breast, spark, Veggie fried rice. Lunch:  Stuffed acorn squash. Dinner:  catsup, red potato, turkey sausage and veggies. Snacks/Other:  franz, mayo olive oil, Salmon burgers, spark, tall non fat latte.
