Fat: 35.98g | Prot: 107.80g | Carb: 222.36g.   Breakfast:  Veggie fried rice, chicken breast, spark. Lunch:  Stuffed acorn squash. Dinner:  red potato, turkey sausage and veggies, catsup. Snacks/Other:  tall non fat latte, Salmon burgers, franz, mayo olive oil, spark.
