Fat: 87.09g | Prot: 68.51g | Carb: 199.51g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cooked Egg White, Honey, Oatmeal, Strawberries. Lunch:  Boiled Egg, Chicken Breast, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, salad dressing. Dinner:  fried chicken thigh, fried potato, macaroni salad, ranch dressing. Snacks/Other:  cookies n cream ice cream, lemon cake.
