Fat: 87.09g | Prot: 68.51g | Carb: 199.51g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), 2% Fat Milk, Honey, Cooked Egg White, Oatmeal, Strawberries. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, salad dressing, Chicken Breast, Boiled Egg. Dinner:  fried chicken thigh, macaroni salad, fried potato, ranch dressing. Snacks/Other:  lemon cake, cookies n cream ice cream.
