Fat: 42.64g | Prot: 78.59g | Carb: 222.97g.   Breakfast:  bread butter honey, chocolate bar. Lunch:  bread, broccoli, cherry tomato, chicken, olives. Dinner:  bread, cherry tomatoes, chicken breast, red pepper. Snacks/Other:  apple, grapes.
