Lunch:  My pumpkin seeds (cajun & sea salt), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Light String Cheese, Weight and Inches Vanilla, Spring Mix - Mesclun, Carrots, Green Peppers. Dinner:  Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Nickles Deli Style Kaiser Buns 12 ct, Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks, Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Tomatoes, Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Sugar Free Orange Early Rise Drink Mix, dill pickle. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), Peaut Butter Bar (noK, 170c, zzz), Coffee, Original Lite Coffee Creamer, Amaretto Hot Chocolate, Water.
