Fat: 39.95g | Prot: 119.43g | Carb: 246.94g.   Breakfast:  apple preserves, egg fried, half and half , low fat butter , low fat philadelphia cream cheese, pepperidge farm whole wheat bagel. Lunch:  banana, goldfish, OIKOS fruit on the bottom, Sprite. Dinner:  noodles bow tie, pork loin lean. Snacks/Other:  M&Ms snack pack.
