Dinner: Brown Rice, Chicken Breast, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free) , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, PLUS Penne Pasta. Snacks/Other: Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge Bar, Shot Blocks - Black Cherry, Thirst Quencher Lemon-Lime Instant Mix.
