Fat: 61.45g | Prot: 120.33g | Carb: 138.70g.   Breakfast:  fage 0% greek yogurt, horseradish, yellow mustard, eggland's best large egg, vlasic dill relish, chicken of the sea chunk light, whole milk, feta cheese, eggland's best large egg, kroger jalapeno diced peppers, kale. Lunch:  Total 0% Greek Yogurt, dole pineapple chunks. Dinner:  lentil and sausage. Snacks/Other:  tea, low fat cottage cheese, kirkland seasalt potato chips, red wine, water.
