Fat: 61.45g | Prot: 120.33g | Carb: 138.70g.   Breakfast:  chicken of the sea chunk light, eggland's best large egg, eggland's best large egg, fage 0% greek yogurt, feta cheese, horseradish, kale, kroger jalapeno diced peppers, vlasic dill relish, whole milk, yellow mustard. Lunch:  dole pineapple chunks, Total 0% Greek Yogurt. Dinner:  lentil and sausage. Snacks/Other:  kirkland seasalt potato chips, low fat cottage cheese, red wine, tea, water.
