Fat: 66.43g | Prot: 56.30g | Carb: 292.18g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Pancakes, Maple Syrup. Lunch:  Cheese Empanadas, Country Style Pork Sausage, White Rice. Dinner:  Enchilada with Chicken and Beans in Tomato-Based Sauce, Spanish Rice, Black Beans. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Ginger Snap Cookies, Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins), Cream Filled Raisin Sandwich Cookie.
