Fat: 110.73g | Prot: 112.58g | Carb: 176.39g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Coffee, Creamer sugar free, Creamer sugar free, Dakin bacon, Egg beater, Margarine, quik no sugar added, Toast. Lunch:  Bacon, Hellmans light 1 tbsp, Lettuce, Milk, Pumpernickel, Tomato. Dinner:  Chicken, Cottage cheese, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Dove milk chocolate, Grapefruit juice.
