Fat: 110.73g | Prot: 112.58g | Carb: 176.39g.   Breakfast:  Creamer sugar free, Coffee, Egg beater, Toast, Margarine, Coffee, Creamer sugar free, Dakin bacon, quik no sugar added. Lunch:  Pumpernickel, Hellmans light 1 tbsp, Tomato, Lettuce, Milk, Bacon. Dinner:  Chicken, Zucchini, Cottage cheese. Snacks/Other:  Dove milk chocolate, Grapefruit juice.
