Fat: 64.82g | Prot: 107.78g | Carb: 241.70g.   Breakfast:  best of egg, cheddar cheese, Lollipop, lowfat milk, orange juice, Vanilla Almond Crunch Cereal. Lunch:  penne, pesto basil, shrimp. Dinner:  fiber one, mcchicken, peanut butter, pringles sour, sugar free red bull, whole wheat bread. Snacks/Other:  Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream.
