Fat: 64.82g | Prot: 107.78g | Carb: 241.70g.   Breakfast:  best of egg, cheddar cheese, Vanilla Almond Crunch Cereal, lowfat milk, Lollipop, orange juice. Lunch:  shrimp, pesto basil, penne. Dinner:  peanut butter, whole wheat bread, sugar free red bull, fiber one, pringles sour, mcchicken. Snacks/Other:  Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream.
