Fat: 232.01g | Prot: 58.01g | Carb: 46.28g.   Breakfast:  almonds, avacado, cod liver oil, coffee, flax seed oil, greek yogurt(brown cow), heavy whipping cream, mascarpone, spinach, vespa. Lunch:  coffee, heavy whipping cream. Dinner:  asparagus, bone in rib eye steak, broccoli, creme fraiche, european butter, sprouted pumpkin seeds.
