Fat: 51.57g | Prot: 122.13g | Carb: 176.95g.   Breakfast:  White Bread, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Vegetables, Cooked Mushrooms, Coffee, Watermelon. Lunch:  White Rice, Coffee, Cooked Green Peas, Shepherd's Pie with Beef, Lamb, Chocolate Cake (Without Frosting). Dinner:  Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Grilled Fish, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Cabbage, Carrots, Jalapeno Peppers, Horseradish, Cooked Mushrooms, Green Tea. Snacks/Other:  Dried Cranberries, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Chocolate Chip Cookies.
