Lunch: Chocolate Cake (Without Frosting), Coffee, Cooked Green Peas, Lamb, Shepherd's Pie with Beef, White Rice. Dinner: Cabbage, Carrots, Cooked Mushrooms, Green Tea, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Grilled Fish, Horseradish, Jalapeno Peppers, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten).
