Fat: 36.87g | Prot: 44.54g | Carb: 248.95g.   Breakfast:  peanut butter, bran flakes, tea, wholemeal bread, soya milk. Lunch:  cucumber, cooked brown rice, curry, apple. Dinner:  red wine, cooked brown rice, Prawn dumplings, chilli sauce, vinegar, edamame, Cooked Broccoli , vegetable gyoza. Snacks/Other:  fortune cookies, senbei.
