Fat: 109.94g | Prot: 106.55g | Carb: 282.30g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Sugar in The Raw, Original Rice Milk Drink, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch:  Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 - Vanilla, Bananas, Strawberries, Frozen Mango Chunks, Light Italian Dressing, Tomatoes, Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types), Italian Dry Salame. Dinner:  Chicken Posole Verde, Corn Tostadas, Refried Beans (Canned), Red Chile Sauce (Hot). Snacks/Other:  Coconut Cream Pie.
