Fat: 100.14g | Prot: 117.49g | Carb: 39.21g.   Breakfast:  Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Fresh Pork Sausage , Bacon. Lunch:  Celery , Luncheon Meat, Baby Carrots , Cottage Cheese . Dinner:  Filet Mignon, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Pinot Noir Wine, White Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Pretzel Crisps - Original, Cream Cheese.
