Fat: 100.14g | Prot: 117.49g | Carb: 39.21g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Fresh Pork Sausage . Lunch:  Baby Carrots , Celery , Cottage Cheese , Luncheon Meat. Dinner:  Filet Mignon, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Pinot Noir Wine, White Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Cream Cheese, Pretzel Crisps - Original.
